Have notice that existing customers wishing to upgrade their Sky Router get charged £59 for the new Sky Q Hub, yet new customers are only charged £20!!

You should tell Sky that, and/or leave. They'll ask you to come back with decent offers I bet. They'll not lose a customer over £40.0
