Some do. Admittedly I work in a very affluent area (wish I could say the same for myself) but we've had customers walk in, ask for £10k+, and after having a suitable grumble at them for not ordering and running enhanced verification we're usually happy enough to let them have it if the cash is to hand and everything checks out. Especially if they're premier or business customers.
Legally, you're not entitled to any money that isn't yours, even if this is a result of bank error.: )0 -

Both you (OP) and I know that Monopoly rules are legally binding.
I'm still waiting for my first "Get Out of Jail Free" card so I can go out and commit murder and get off once I show my card. I'm sure it's (the card) coming soon.0 -
