Boots Grabbit Bargains Part 12 - Post your finds here

I've had 4 T+g freebie sets (3 for 2 and frebie so only pay for 1)
Hmm, I thought about this and the conclusion was:
1 T&G mini shampoo = free
3 T&G mini shampoo = £1.69 (ish) (3 for 2)
I wouldn't have bought the T&G if not for the freebie so getting 3 for £1.69 would NOT have been a bargain....just some very clever Boots marketing...:rolleyes:Good Enough Club member number 27(2) AND I got me a stalkee!
Closet debt free wannabe -[STRIKE] Last personal loan payment - July 2010[/STRIKE]:T, credit card balance about £3000 (and dropping FAST), [STRIKE]Last car payment September 2010 (August 2010 aparently!!)[/STRIKE]

I use T+g's stuff anyway, so its a bargain for me, and having the small travel size hair gum is fantastic as it uses less space ^^~*Cerenia*~

The points you can see are the same ones i'm afraid! When I got married, I decided to apply for a new card with my married name on it (as you do!!). During the cross over period I did a similar thing to you and could see the same points on both cards so thought i'd see if they were the same ones or a second lot...luckilly there was only about £1-18 worth on there at the time because when I used the old card, they disappeared off the new card too  . I think you will find your new card catches up. Another way to check would be to put both cards into the ACM and see if the free offer comes up on the second one having claimed it from the first card (think it's a trial size tony and guy shampoo at moment?)
HTH and sorry to burst your bubble
Mx
put new card in £94 of points put old card in and £78 worth of points.
used old card to buy a couple of cheap items to see what would happen...paid in points and it worked.went back to acm and put new card in and still has £94 of points on yet the old one had £72 now id spent some of the points.:DI heart The Capital0 -

Went to Cribbs Causeway today (on the way back from somewhere that didn't have Mr
.
A row of pink ACMs but STILL no 'free' T&G, plus could not get anymore of the 100 points on Mr B's shampoo/ conditioner.
Then, to top it all, lady in front of me at the ACM had a voucher for 800 points on a £60 on-line shop but I could only get 300 pts on a £50 shop.
OM still can't get any offers at all....
Enormous queues at the checkout - so may be just as well there were no Botanics wipes at all, anywhere in the store!I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -

I have ordered loads of stuff off Boots.com in the past for extra points, then returned them in store and kept the points. I really can't see any difference!!! :rotfl:

Hiya!!!:hello:
Bangor Boots is really small, no ACM:eek: !! Not much there really - I have been in a few times but even the clearance items were overpriced! No toys either as far as I can remember.
I would go to Chester and spend them myself! :rotfl:0 -
apologies if this has been posted before, but today in boots I bought boots own brand omega 3 chewy capsules for children ,260 in the big bottle with pink label. Its usually £19.99 but scanned through at £9.99
. Coulden't see any offer ticket on the shelf but went back in and bought 2 more (thought i'd stock up at that price!) and again they went through at £9.99 each.
If your lil uns take omega 3 these are a bargain!
