Sonee, sorry if this is a silly question, but are you sure it's being delivered by Royal Mail? My boots.com parcels always come via Home Delivery Network. Maybe try putting the UPI number in their website?

  • Hi

Hopefully I can shed some light on this order status too. I made an order for the olay over £20 for the extra 1000 points on 23rd october. It has not showed up yet. I checked the Boots website last night and it said 'delivered'. Panicking, i called Boots and told them I have not received anything, the money has left my account etc. She said it had been sent out by royal mail and they have no method of tracking it. She then said she would refund me as it had been 10 days after my order.

Surely Boots should have cover over this sort of thing? i.e sent out trackable packages?

Does anyone in the north east know of any stores that sell baby pushchairs?

Looks like £20 of Olay stuff including the cloth masks and you would get 1000pts back plus 500pts from parneting coupon plus 300pts from mag.

    £20 spend 1800pts

Depending when the Olay offer runs out.

    Hello All :hello:

I succumbed yesterday & spent one of my No 7 vouchers....

The eyeliners (with the little smudey bit on the end) were priced on the stand at £6.75, but went through the till at £3.37.
Hasty dash to nearby counter to grab another 2 (thinks, 3 for 2)....so in total:

    3 eyeliners for £1.75. Bargain! :D

This was in Burton-on-trent store btw.

Found something to spend my £5 no 7 voucher on ...... a nail file & buffer set with a case to store them in. £4 each so free with voucher. Could also take advantage of 3 for 2 - 3 sets for £3 if you use a voucher. Find them in the nail care aisle.

Would make a nice pressie if combined with a nail polish or hand cream.

Thanks for this boiler-man, It's funny 'cos I saw these the other day and thought they were xmas gift sets and wouldn't work with the 5.00 voucher. Anyway, this afternoon I popped to Boots to get one with my last 5.00 voucher. SA said I couldn't have it at first, because the item was only 4.00 and the voucher was for 5.00 and she wouldn't be able to give me the 1.00 change??? I told her 'it's ok, I don't need the 1.00 change', LOL
