I have lots and lots of points at the moment with nothing to spend on as the perfumes that i want (daisy, valentino rock&rose couture and vivien westwoods boudoir) are not available in boots, I would like some benefit makeup but no benefit counters in my locol store. No ysl or dior counters either.I don't like clinique or estee lauder and have a lifetimes supply of no7 skincare and makeup.Don't need a pushchair as haven't got a baby and already have an ipod and 2 digital cameras so can't consider those, thought of topping up but don't need to do that as am on the vodafone family thing and that doesn't cost me anything.I can't even justify spending points in the sales as the house is full to bursting point with toiletries and all the presents are sorted. What can I do?

What I think is you might post your advantage card to someone reliable (maybe your friends or family members) and ask her to buy some benefit makeup for you from her boots store.

I have a friend living in the country, no big boots store nearby. But I can excess two big stores easily. So she browsed things she wanted online and told me what she wanted. Then, sent me her card by registered mailing service. I went to boots, updated her points (she saved loads from 6 months online spending). Then bought a digital camera and something else she ordered. Then posted all back to her.

The cost is only the posting, as she is my friend and I normally visit boots for my own shopping. So don't mind to do extra shopping for her.

The important thing is choosing the reliable one. You won't hand your £300 worth card to someone who doesn't know well, will you?

It was me who said about getting a goody bag on over £75 spending. Just want to update you the items I got. So next time when you do your Christmas shopping, please check with SA about this. I would nearly miss this bag if I did not ask about this.

    1 satin black clutch
1 Clarins set in the big clear plastic box consists of:
Instant Eye make-up remover 30 ml
Multi-Active Day Cream Protection Plus for all skin types 15 ml
Eau Dynamisante Moisturizing Body Lotion 50 ml
    Wonder Volume Mascara 1.4 ml
    Metal eye lash curler
    2 perfume samples

It is worth to ask, I would say that. I didn't make over £75 in a transaction. But I made 3 x £50 per transaction. So the total spending was over £75.

Does the No7 voucher scan on electrical items?
  • Im sure someone on here said it never.

    Found it. It was Pat35
I had no luck today, I tried a No7 pedicure set which had been reduced to £5.99 and SA would not accept as she said it had to be spent on cosmetics.

You could try the one boilerman suggested at the top of this page. Great for pressies too.

Found something to spend my £5 no 7 voucher on ...... a nail file & buffer set with a case to store them in. £4 each so free with voucher. Could also take advantage of 3 for 2 - 3 sets for £3 if you use a voucher. Find them in the nail care aisle.

Would make a nice pressie if combined with a nail polish or hand cream.

Cheeky I know but is there any chance of a piccy of this item so I know what to look for please? many thanks in advance x
