  • Had a pretty good day today. Bought 3x children's clothes ( all at 50% off) some towels and nurofen and used health/ machine coupons to get 250 points plus £5 No 7 voucher, then went back, got another 100 point coupon from machine and bought perfume reduced to £20, and No 7 blusher, used voucher and £5 fragrance voucher, and 100 point coupon, got another No 7 voucher and bought a blusher brush for the grand total of £2.50!
reckon I saved £37 altogether including sale items and got 350 extra points.
Got £63 worth of points now to do all my christmas shopping with!

    Hi
Which blusherbrush did you get with your no 7 voucher?
I tried using a voucher on r&m eyeshadow applicators and it didn't work. Was then told I could only use it on makeup and creams.

was just wondering if someone could give me some advise? Have made money recently on ebay and want to treat myself to some chanel chance from boots but dont know whether to go for the eau de toilette or the Parfum any advise would eb great. :o

It depends whether you would like your fragrance to be more lasting or not. I personally prefer EDT as it is not as heavy as Parfum and I usually prefer lighter fragrances anyway.

  • What a super day!

    My husband got the following:
Quinny Buzz Strawberry £269.99 after 20% off online
Quinny Footmuff Strawberry £31.99 after 20% off online
Maxi Cosi Indian Rose car seat £79.99 after 20% off online
He used the extra 10% off code so total cost £337 (ish)
He also received 3700 (ish) in points! Plus he went through Quidco so another 3.5% back.

Then we went in store tonight & he got me a kodak camera £99.00 for Christmas. We then got a packet of chewing gum to bump it up to over £100. So we got 2000 points back. We then got £20.00 worth of Olay stuff 1000 points & i had a parenting voucher for another 500 points. And then to bump it up to over £50.00 I got the Paul Smith Rose set. So another 1000 points!

So after all that & my husband being amazed at how many points he had got on his AC he treated himself to a new electric shaver which had £20.00 off so £49.99! :T
Our 1st baby is due 29th December 2007! :rudolf:
I'm hopeful that this get's me out of cooking Christmas dinner!

Baby Ruby arrived after 55 hours of labour & an emergency c section on Christmas Day at 14.41 weighing 6lb 6oz...And yes I did get out of cooking Christmas dinner!!:rotfl:

You know when they have offers on like at the xmas events spend £50 and get 1000 points, well if you get goods totalling £50 but then use coupons to bring the total down, like a £5 No 7 voucher or free camera voucher, would you still get the points bonus? Probably a stupid question but was just wondering.
You don't get points for BOOTS own brand vouchers. But you still get points for Brand vouchers (such as Huggies, Pampers, Hipp, Olay and so on - as long as these vouchers are published by producers, not by Boots. Note: barcodes of these coupons begin with '99').
