Help please with getting Plusnet £50 cashback

A couple of weeks ago there was a cashback offer on the MSE website to get £50 cashback with Plusnet Broadband and home phone.
I followed the link and after some research signed up for the deal on 11th July and connected today.
There was a link and advice on how to claim the cashback (it wasn't automatically done).
But now I can't find the link as the MSE broadband offers page has been updated and it's disappeared!
Can anyone help please?
