Sixt Car Hire - Italy - Additional Charges 6 Month later

Hi
I hired a car at the beginning of Feb this year for a week, picking up & dropping off at Naples, Italy. A holding deposit of 1000 Euro  was taken from my Credit Card and 'returned' a couple of weeks later.
That was it until a 40 Euro charge appeared on my CC a couple of days ago from Sixt in Naples. Its nearly sixt (lol) month since I hired this!
I accept that it may be a [insert whatever dubious speeding/parking/whatever] charge that has caught up with me. But is there anything I can do. Do I contact Sixt in Naples or UK?
I hardly used the car to be honest. I drove from Naples - Sorrento - Naples and my worry is that there's nothing I can do to stop any more charges appearing. I know its not much but there is nothing stopping whoever it is from doing so.
Thanks
PS Do not drive in Naples, you will kakking your pants every 30 secs - especially when there's a 1000 Euro deposit!

No excess car hire insurance?
Ask your CC provider to reverse the charge. Perhaps then SIXT may make the effort to tell you for what the 40€.0 -
This could be a charge for Sixt supplying your details to the 'authorities'. OH drove in a bus lane by mistake in Florence. We got stung for an admin charge several months later by the hire car company. Several months after that a fixed penalty notice turned up - IIRC it was about 8 months after the event he got the FPNMake £2025 in 2025

Thanks folks
I do have yearly/global excess insurance but Im guessing they would want to know (like me) what it is/was
Im going to fire off an email to Sixt in Italy and UK then wait & see, plus I've already asked CC to reverse charges. Not hopeful but...0
