Well that about sums it up then. They, the NHS, are not bothered about abuse as such, just that they aren't held liable.
It's a 2 birds 1 stone approach.
The NHS (and any employer really) doesn't want anyone to get hurt or be abused.
And equally the NHS (and any employer) doesn't want to have a financial liability for things that are easily avoided.
I really don't see the issue - What is it that upsets you about this. No-one HAS to submit to these requirements, simply search for a job elsewhere.0 -
