Its my ex's house she bought it 5 years before we got together thats why everything is in her name and theres no chance she would ever consider moving out and me staying.
Good point about the housing benefit and the amount I earn, when I spoke to CAB they did point that out but seem to think it wouldn't be far away from the maximum rate.0 -
