Happy Christmas Eve to all! Just having a spot of breakfast (OH snaffled two YS Warburton loaves, such nice bread) so we're munching some of that with marmite, plus the obligatory black coffee that we run on.

All the the presents are wrapped except for the big one. That OH will be assembling by head torch out in the garden tonight! So so exciting.

My last tenants finished yesterday so just a matter of popping down in a bit to check everything over and then lock the door for a nice long break (emergencies not included)

    Right,best crack on.

Well my luck was in today. Found ANOTHER pound coin whilst pushing my bike along a busy main stretch. Honestly you wait months and then get a run like this! Brings me up to £6.77 found this month.

The tenants had left a few bits and bobs so as the fridges are now off for xmas I came back with around £5 worth of usable stuff. Hip horray!

We went to the shops to do our last bits and bobs (crusty bread, ice cream etc) & the shops were actually the quietest I've seen them this week. We are now 100% ready for Chrimbalo :)

Home made sausage rolls now done, mince pies baked, & chippolatas cooked ready to wrap in bacon tommorow.

Only slight black cloud is DD is ill again . Poor lamb is pale as anything and has an upset tummy. But hopefully she will be better tommorow.

Merry Christmas Bob and family :)

You have done amazingly well to clear that amount of debt with everything else going on. Here's the next years final push :D
Let’s just pretend I have not been alternately drowning in debt or only eating toast to try and pay it off for the last 20 years 😭
