Oh Bob! The filming gig sounds fab. I have everything crossed for you.

You must know by now waterboarding lemurs is best done after kids are in bed.
That or you play 'Roxie needs a bath' with a washing up bowl and DD in 'control' . Mine used to camp out by the washing machine to see Aubrey and Ferdinand and Elvis go round in the spin cycle. They got more upset by me hanging them up by the ears on the washing line (the bears, not the kids).

Thanks Foxy nothing heard so far. But I am taking the positive view that 3 filming enquiries in about 2 weeks, after none is a result in itself.

Great ideas on bathing the teddies by the way. I love the names of yours, Aubrey is an unusual one, where has that been inspired from? Roxie is a beanie baby and they name all of them so we aren't really very original :)

It's so satisfying getting on top of things :D

For all of 30 seconds hey! Never work with animals or children:rotfl:
All very positive sounding Bob... except for the cancellation.. boo to that one!

Next 3 days food sound very comforting :D xx

Thank you, I always like that you write your menus out, thanks for the inspiration. And kind words too.:)
Thank goodness Roxie was found, nothing worse than misplacing a favourite toy - my ds lost his Winnie the Pooh in Manchester airport but after a quick search we found him in the shop. Winnie has been his faithful friend for years but dd has gone through different favourites over the years.

Another busy day, bad news on the booking but sending positive vibes for the new enquiry and the potential filming. Dinners for the next few days sound yummy.

    Hope you've had a good day, H x

Thank goodness Winnie was found! I think I almost felt sadder than DD would have. 15 month olds are all no sense no feeling:rotfl: thanks too, with all these positive vibes I should be Alan Sugar by now ;)

Belated Happy Anniversary Bob. Sorry I wasn't on yesterday to wish it to you. DH and I got married on our 10th anniversary of being together, so we still just have the one anniversary and both of us are rubbish at remembering it.
So pleased Roxie didn't manage to make her escape from you and dd...

Thank you Cat, what a great idea to get married on your being together anniversary. :T
I am going to have to keep an eye on that one:eek:

I named the 'bump' and then the bear takes on the bump name when the baby gets his own name. So we had Aubrey, Ferdinand, Elvis and Fruitbat. I had to track the bears down on Ebay as M-i-L bought the first one on the cross channel ferry, luckily he had a label on his butt, so all the bears bear a resemblance, like the brothers do.
