UKPME are mainly operating at 3000 Aviator Way near Manchester Airport. I'm currently dealing with around a dozen court claims from them via Gladstones.

The land is owned by Goodman Commercial Property, but the UKPME contract is with Regus. The signage is vague, and requires all vehicles to display a permit. the site is in 24/7 operation but permits can only be obtained from reception during normal working hours, Monday to Friday 9-5.

Take a guess when most of the tickets are being issued? Or more accurately, when the photographs are being taken by a cheap camera phone? Friday eveing through to early Monday morning if my claims are anything to go by.

A non-POFA compliant NtK is sent out a week or so later, but a Notice to Driver windscreen ticket is not being issued.

I believe UKPME have around £30k worth of court claims in process right now, virtually all from this one site.

    A non-POFA compliant NtK

Some of these non-POFA compliant NtK claim Keeper Liability. If that is the case then the DVLA should be informed. They will, under pressure, either close a PPC down or at least give their collar a feel.

Check if there is a hint at Keeper liability at all.

As regards the court document is it a claim form. If so acknowledge.

You can upload redacted documents to a web hosting site such as tinypic or photobucket (others are available) then post the URL here, but change http to hxxp. Someone here will change it back to a live link.
Don't use real names to register on the hosting site

However, all the regulars need I think is, who obtained the keeper data and when, what was the date of the original alleged event, and when did the NTK arrive?
Have you been given a court date yet?
