They sound the norm for the industry.

(Using unmarked cars to catch you isn't confined to ppcs though!)

do not truat the work ethics in E S supplies from their orevious stunts from what I have read in the papers.

Do you think they will be bothered then.

Anything you write will be used/twisted against you. They like people that respond as it indicates a) a hooked fish b) doubt about the strength of the defence and c) a certain amount of gullibility in taking then seriously.

Personally I think you should write as this is the only way you'll learn about these companies. It may cost you a lot of hassle/time in a court, but it will be a valuable lesson.

As i will be writing to the ppc as late as possible. My first port of call will be get in touch with the company who has employed the PPC. I will try and find out who has employed them and see what they have to say.

With the PPC in question E S LTD. They have not long ago been in the newspapers for using predatiry tactucs, where they try and take photos from unmarked cars whilst driving past. I believe similar has happeed to me, but i have no way of proving it. I also have no faith and do not truat the work ethics in E S supplies from their orevious stunts from what I have read in the papers.

Any chance you can provide a link to the newspaper

... and persuasive to some judges who don't bother to go back to the original facts. Case last week where it happened.

No point in contacting the IAS at all.

Can you point out the case? Can you flesh out your argument? Because one judge may be a bit lazy, does not mean that they all are.

Where is their conviction? All of the links point to a suggestion which was investigated and found not to be fraud. Their 2011 conviction was overturned. In the eyes of the law, this company is clean. In the eyes of the DVLA, this company is clean.

And what does it have to do with ESP (an IPC member) whose ADR is different from UKPC (a BPA member)

Were they not found guilty of one offence at Hull, (out of 16), or was it overturned?

Nothing to do with ESP, I posted on the wrong thread. I am 76 you know and claim protected characteristics under EA 2010.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
