Beware the 0844 and 0872 numbers are premium rate.

Calling from a landline will cost less than calling from a mobile, to the tune of around 35p per minute.

Not sure of the accuracy of this number, but its appeared in dozens of insolvency listings/notices as the contact number for aticus (where aticus are dealing with the liquidation)

  • Hi there. I have the same problem and potentially lost £300+. I paid by debit card with HSBC. I have just phoned HSBC and told them I wanted a charge back. They tried to fob me off with asking for a letter from the administrators to prove that they had gone into administration. Tell them that the website is down and that you have been phoning constantly and no one is answering. It ended on HSBC launching an investigation and crediting the money I was owed within 24 hours. I got the money back because I did not get the goods within the time period stated (1 to 3 weeks). Sofaland can dispute this but they have to prove that they gave me the goods (which they did not). I hope this helps and I can completely understand how frustrating this is. Fingers crossed we all get our money back.
  • Hopefully my post will help you! Good luck.
