Dealership Refund?
Bought a Fiesta @ 81500k miles for £3000 12/08/2015, Air con was not working and was bought on the agreement it was fixed, this is noted on the order form/invoice. About a month after owning the car the aircon went bad again so i visited and they "fixed" it again. It happened again similar time later and when i took it back they said it was working fine. I didn't really know what to do so I just said okay and left.
The car is now at about 90k miles but the aircon is completely dead still and there must be something I can do. I don't want them to "repair" it anymore as the dealership is far away and It's costly in time and money dropping the car off then finding a way home.

Before October last year, so under the old SOGA rather than Consumer Rights Act. So whether the initial failure was within 30 days of purchase wouldn't have affected any right to a refund anyway.
So we're left with a failure of a fairly peripheral system on a higher-mileage, lower-value, presumably older car that you bought a year ago.
You took it back, they fixed it. Did you then not use the aircon again for most of the last year? If not, that - in itself - is quite likely to have caused a problem. Aircon does not like not being used. Seals dry up, the refrigerant escapes, and a refill will escape in short order, too.0 -
Aircon not working, have you had the aircon serviced?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

It stopped working about a month after they "fixed" it on purchase, they then did it for a second time and it failed shortly after again. Third time they said it was fine when it wasn't, I turned it on now and again but yes i stopped using the aircon because it wasn't working.0

What do you want as an ideal outcome?
It could be worth contacting a specialist air con firm to have a look at your car, see what is actually wrong and go from there. Be prepared to pay for this yourself though.0 -
I have used coolcaraircon.co.uk and found them to be good.0

A refund of car or most of the cost refunded taking into account the usage I've had with it. I don't trust the dealership and don't want to waste anymore of my time and money with them.0

Seriously?

A refund sounds unlikely especially as the garage claimed the aircon was functioning normally on your last visit there.
This would essentially come down to goodwill from the dealer, what would they bed likely to offer for a 90k Fiesta that retailed for 3 grand a year ago? Obviously I can't say with any accuracy but wouldn't be suprised at less than half what you paid.
Seriously if the only thing your not happy with the car is the aircon find out whats up with it and decide if its worth paying to fix.0 -

Just as a recap...
You bought the car in August 2015.
They regassed the aircon on purchase and in September 2015.
You took it back in October 2015, and they said there wasn't a problem. You shrugged and accepted that.
Now, in July 2016, you've realised it's not working.
And you want to reject it for that...?0 -

Sounds like it is leaking.0
