Ending Sim Only Contract Early

Im' with TalkTalk, the signal is bad.

They promised me G4, but there is none.

Am I able to get out of the sim only contract without paying a £100 fee?

I heard this was possible where service was not acceptable.

    They mean 4G
    I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂
