Removing screw with no head

The paste is just put into the worn screw head and unless the screwhead is completely rounded it gives the screwdriver grip.i was going to buy this but not sure how to use it. A you tube video i saw had a different type of kit in use, with two ended headed.

" Simply drill a pilot hole in the broken fixing and screw in the LH-threaded extractor for easy removal of broken screws and bolts."0 -
The difficulty is always how do you drill a pilot hole when you have damaged/broken/distorted the old screw head. If you can get hold of a centre punch/centre pop and hold it as centrally to the old screw head as possible and give it a good clout (mind your fingers) you should have a nice little round hole in which to centre your pilot drill.0
