* Do RM Surveys. Done.
* DW wants a trip to Ikea. Will try to be frugal. Not quite frugal...but within budget.Bought three new pet-cacti. Love them and they don't need much feeding! :rotfl: Car boot on our hatchback refused to "click" closed on the way home. :eek: Lashed it closed from windscreen wiper to towing eye with [STRIKE]rope[/STRIKE] washing line that I keep in the boot but had to drive home the long, slow way; didn't seem wise to take it up the M8. Treated it with WD-40 and two hours later it was working again. Please, Great Smurf, let it keep working.
* Waiting to hear if a long-distance charity walker wants me to escort her on a leg of her walk through my neck of the woods. Free exercise. Done. Much photografaff-ing by my DW who is going to use the images to advertise the Elizabeth's Footprint round-Britain walk for free.
* Dinner was a reduced-priced chicken which we roasted.
Live long, live well and prosper.

Happy birthday and anniversary Ziggy. I hope it's been a good one for you. I've had a pretty relaxing day, filled mainly with crochet, which is happiness for me
I am, like Ally, dog tired after a long half term at work so it's going to take me a while to get back to my usual self.crazy_cat_lady wrote: »

[Legomum lovely to hear your plans. Don't forget cast iron work too and can be very versatile. Mr s had loads in our store massively reduced if you have one nearby. We have a le cruest (or however you spell it) that I got off fleabay for a bargain price as the seller like me couldn't spell it.
we use it all the time, far more than we ever did on our gas hob.
I love our induction hob. One of our best purchases ever. I'm easily pleased :rotfl:0 -
