Only one of those three isn't usually trained, qualified and belonging to a professional body or regulator who will kick them out for incompetent or unethical behaviour which will prevent them doing most of their job. So guess which one is usually "worst"?

Just looking for a general view from people to see if there's much difference.

So far my mortgage broker has been perfect, the solicitors have been on the ball, but the estate agent has been an absolute nightmare, failing to return 4 of my calls so far this week to answer one basic question.

Does everyone else have the most problems with EA's, or have you found it different?
Are we talking about YOUR estate agent, the one selling your current home, or your vendor's estate agent?

Attitude can vary markedly between the two as one is paying the bill...

Vendor's estate agent in this scenario. I'm a first time buyer.

Just so frustrating when everything else is going to smoothly, yet the EA have so far taken 10 days and 3 chasers to answer one simple question that would take 2 minutes to find the answer to and still they refuse to call me back.
