Stanley Donard 60 Oil Fired Cooker Fuel Consumption?

Hi folks,
We moved into a new place with a Stanley Donard 60 oil fired cooker running on kerosene installed round about 1993-4. It currently serves as the sole oven, as well as providing central heating and hot water. (We have a separate LPG hob) Due to the difficulty of getting kerosene deliveries (we're on a Dutch barge in a marina) and rumors of poor efficiency, we're contemplating replacing it.
To anyone who has had experience with these oil cookers, what does your typical monthly fuel consumption look like in summer and in winter months?
And in general, how do you find cooking on your unit and maintaining it?
Thank you much!
