I've never had a problem with Vodafone. But T-Mobile/EE... wow -- I wouldn't touch them in a million years.0

after going to the ombudsman Vodafone have agreed to cancel the rest of my contract at no charge, so free to upgrade, leave or whatever I want to do.
On the same day as I received a deadlock letter from them telling me to go to the ombudsman if I was unhappy,
I already had weeks before0
