Hsbc visa payment problem

I'm a bit anxious so I rechecked HSBC statement and found the following:

Pay a fixed amount to your HSBC Bank Credit Card using the following information:
Sort Code: 40 42 46
Account Number: (choose applicable account number from table below)
Reference: your 16 digit credit card number
Type of Card Card

So I checked again on Barclays (existing payee) and found that all info is correct (credit card numbers, reference, sort code, account numbers)

So I guess, Barclays has to trace this payment....finger crossed that they won't take too much time.

Probably worth removing or blanking out your account number details for security.

It's HSBC's account not the OP's. I imagine it is reasonably public knowledge.

Update:
I got a reply from Barclays..they traced and confirmed that the payment had made to HSBC with correct details (that I provided).

My husband will contact HSBC and hope they can locate this payment as quick as Barclays did.
