Halifax reward

Don't know what your unidentified third DD does, but to counterbalance the transfer out of one DD and your irregular CC payoff DD, you could consider setting up a new monthly DD - maybe two - to pull the Reward payment from the account each month - leaving (at least) two always-compliant DDs.0 -
Might be easier, but if, like me and many others, OP runs the Halifax Reward with minimum balance, this would mean ensuring there was enough in the account to cover the full statement balance.
I'm with PeacefulWaters:)
How difficult can that be?
No need for the money to sit there long, just set an alert on your phone to move money in a day or 2 before.0 -

I pay by bill payment from a savings account that doesn't do direct debit.
Get statement. Move money to savings account. Set up post dated bill payment. Forget about it.
Works a treat. And then the direct debit goes through too.0 -
Thanks All for the advice0
