bank sent me credit card I didn't ask for?

    Exactly that's why I added in the last bit about signing documents. The OP didn't really give much information about what was actually said on the phone call, so the business manager may have actually explained that he agreed to this!.

    It was a simple barclays business account

    It was a simple barclays business account

    In that case make a large purchase on it then tell Barclays that you will not be repaying a penny until they show your agreement under the CCA.:D;)

    AFAIK a business credit card isn't covered by the Consumer Credit Act
