bank sent me credit card I didn't ask for?

a lot of business bank contracts allow the bank to extend credit in whatever form as they see fit.
So before the op gets egg on their face and annoys their business account manager at the bank they should check their paperwork carefully.
Exactly that's why I added in the last bit about signing documents. The OP didn't really give much information about what was actually said on the phone call, so the business manager may have actually explained that he agreed to this!.0 -

when I rang him, he said and I quote " I thought you may of needed it " which is weird, as I never go overdrawn and always leave a large cash balance
It was a simple barclays business account0 -

In that case make a large purchase on it then tell Barclays that you will not be repaying a penny until they show your agreement under the CCA.:D;)0 -

AFAIK a business credit card isn't covered by the Consumer Credit Act0 -
