    It sounds like your solicitor sent you the plan - is that right?

    What does the letter from your solicitor say about the plan? Who did your solicitor get the plan from? Why does your solicitor say he/she is sending you the plan?

    (There are many different types of plan that are created for many different purposes. So far, it's not clear what type of plan this is, and the reason it was created.)
