Buying house but plan is wrong

We are in the process of buying a house that is 5 years old but the plans have come back and it is for a different house. Because the house we are buying is down a small private drive with 3 other houses this is not on the plan. The solicitor has said we need a proper plan as it might be classed as a private road and…

What people are saying is that you're not providing enough information for them to help you.

It sounds like your solicitor sent you the plan - is that right?

What does the letter from your solicitor say about the plan? Who did your solicitor get the plan from? Why does your solicitor say he/she is sending you the plan?

(There are many different types of plan that are created for many different purposes. So far, it's not clear what type of plan this is, and the reason it was created.)
