Same pump?
Is the mpg reading reset with the trip? It might be giving you a different average for some reason.
We only get about the same from the previous gen 1.5dci
What do call previous gen? I have a 61 plate 1.5 dCi (90) Megane Estate, I normally get an indicated average MPG of between 55 and 58 depending on what kind of driving I've been doing on any particular fill up (although I have pushed it into the 60s on occasion), those figures tie up closely to the results I get using the calculation formula that AdrianC mentioned.
You are correct, the reading needs to be reset every fill up, I also reset the trip. On the Megane it also shows gallons, tenths of gallons used and range, however, annoyingly, the range stops showing when you get to 60 miles left.I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0
