Faulty Drone from jessops within 3 days after purchase... where do I stand

    its the phantom 3 standard... do some research online as the problem has hit a lot of people, there is clearly a fault affecting a large number. some were getting great distances then lost it after a firmware upgrade (even downgrading didn't fix)

    appreciate you trying to help! should i need to prove the fault further that may be a good suggestion. but at the moment i have lost a lot of faith in the product which is why i'm more wanting a refund. seeing so many people with the same issue has put me off as you don't want issues with something as potentially dangerous as a drone.

    without wanting to make too many assumptions the exact issue is affecting many others with this drone.

    Just to update everyone on this, today i received a refund code from jessops customer service so it looks as though they are going to refund the drone (as its only 5 days old) once returned. From what i gather from the customer service rep for the retailer, this isn't an isolated case...
