Ungrateful winner?

Not heard the actual 'Barry' conversation (apart from as much of the clip of CM I could take), but did read it was Alex Lowe's character Barry (from Watford) and all a big wind-up from CM.

Alex has been doing Andy Murray (and Judy Murray - even funnier) and Roy ('Woy') Hodgson (sort of impressions, but pretending to be them) on Absolute recently in the mornings. HILARIOUS.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go listen. It was worth getting up/going to work for.

I also have a big girlie crush on Mr Lowe lol. He's liked a couple of my tweets and FB posts Bit smiley about that lol.

Used to be a MASSIVE XFM fan but can't listen to 'X' as it now is in the mornings cos of that [insert expletive]. His p-taking ridiculing humour is certainly NOT for me!

There was no "conversation" just CM saying what he thought about the prize winner not coming on air.

Couldn't help but cast my mind back to this post.

I won a comp with Now TV/Heat radio on Monday where part of the PRIZE was to go on the radio.... co-hosting the show! Been in the studio today recording it.

Different folks for different strokes - i was delighted with that part of the prize, an experience that i absolutely loved.

The iPad and Now TV Box are just the icing on the cake.

I am a quiet person and would have a panic attack at the thought of talking on the radio show to Chris Moyles. Though I guess you could phone producers and say thank you but you would rather not go on air. I don't think it was fair for him to attack the winner on air for not doing what they wanted. He could have had good reasons.

I suffer from social phobias and talking on the radio would be an absolute nightmare for me. I think CM behaved badly over this, but then I'm not surprised.

It was a genuine comp if you could find the clip of the day they announced it on air you'd hear them speak to the winner.

That's the thing - nobody seems to have heard it and it's nowhere to be found. I'm not sure it even existed! I only heard the after-bit when he was saying they were ungrateful.
