The house's listing will still remain on many websites for years to come, albeit with a small word 'sold' in the corner.
If your house's listing lacks that word it is no skin off your nose, it us the agent who will field the calls from interested buyers.0 -
Well it may not be on a par with the refugee crisis but why compare it other than to make a fatuous point (which you did well). The estate agent is behaving poorly here and there is no reason not contact them and tell them to desist. I agree with others that little actual harm will come of it.
Please , cry me a river.....Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0 -
Wow, this is one bad-tempered forum. All our problems are little ones relative to ..... well, relative to many far, far bigger ones. But the thing is, this forum's called 'House Buying, Renting and Selling' ....0

It might seem wrong but it affects you in no way at all. You have exchanged so as long as you pay the place is yours. No calls will come to you, no potential viewers, and it's not even your possessions in the photos. Put it out of your mind and maybe don't use those estate agents when you come to sell in the future.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0

I'd take it as a compliment. They feel the property that you are buying is very attractive and in demand. Hopefully later down the line, if you're looking to sell this will still be the case
