plusnet webmail username help

I can't remember what part of my email address my plusnet webmail username is.

I have tried all combinations but still can't log in

anyone able to help?

My PN email is in the following format - [EMAIL="peter@username.plus.com"]peter@username.plus.com[/EMAIL] if that's of any help?
Their online "chat" or customer service should be able to assist as long as you are able to pass security, e.g. selected characters of your account password.

Looks like mine follows that format too - [anything]@[username].plus.com

yes i have seen the guide unfortunately it doesn't mention the username to use.

My full email is not my username. I don't use it very often and can't remember it

Maybe have a look at your router settings as that will have your username in to connect to plusnet.

(fibre connection if thats different)?

I have the following jotted down...

[email]mail@[username].plus.com[/email]. Where mail can be anything.

So you can have [email]SPAM@[username].plus.com[/email] etc.
