Used the MSE advice-- now all gone bad

Took advice on MSE comparison knowledge section and used dedicated link for plusnet broadband and phone offer ending tonight with the cashback link.

All well and good but I was never given option to pay line rental in one go.

So they have taken £23 ish as first payment then the next screen wanted to set up direct debit instead (no option to escape--go back-- etc. so payment timed out.

So now probably no cashback will verify and no opportunity to pay the years line rental upfront.

now I guess in the 14 day cancellation they will charge me to give me the money back, bit pessimistic I know but........ once trust in advice is questionable then trust takes walkies......
