Usually you should tell the staff in the airport and they will give you a letter which has contact information on it. The staff in the airport work for the airport and for the airlines so if you can't find one for your airline, you can ask a member of the airport team who are in the baggage claim hall and they will (usually) help.
Thomson's will have contact details for their baggage handlers, so you need to get in touch with Thomsons (you can do this on Facebook). They will give you a number to call for their baggage handlers, and they will try and locate the bag for you. Sometimes the go astray in between the aircraft and the baggage claim, so you can also try calling the lost and found department of the airport where you landed. Your credit card company won't cover you for this, it's only for items you've bought using your credit card.0 -
Is your suitcase actually lost or maybe just delayed? It makes a difference if you're hoping to claim anything?0

It was lost on the way there, Thomson said 4 others peoples cases went missing too, theirs have turned up and mine hasn't, we fly home tmoro. The rep to be fair has been a sweetheart, we were given £25 a day for the first 3 days to buy essentials by Thomson as that's their limit. The rep has said its looked likely st this point that it's lost now.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

You'd have to go through Thomsons for this, and it says that you can claim from them directly, or your insurance company, Their liability is limited, so there will be a cap on the amount that you can claim, but if you're not insured than anything will be better than nothing. You have to send in your claim within 21 days;
