As the pcn was sent to my wife as she is the registered keeper, does her name need to be in the email?
Or do I just appeal as the keeper?

Do it in the name of the registered keeper, your wife. SHE is the appellant, and at POPLA stage.

Ok, have emailed the BPA template from my email account but with wife's name on bottom.

Got an automated confirmation with my name at the top saying they will respond within 28 days

Quick update, nothing heard after email appeal, 28 days has expired.

But now have a ukpc charge t deal with, new thread incoming!
