Mobile Shop and O2 contracts.
I got 2 phone from Mobile Shop and am waiting for my cashback claim which is late. I should have done more research before doing this but I am an idiot.
The only way we could afford the mobiles was through getting the cashback at the end of each stage but now they have not paid up and I cannot continue to pay for these phones and to be honest, I don't want to have to go through this with each claim I make to the mobile shop. On top of that, an unexpected debt has turned up (well, I had completely forgotten about) and we are going to have sort out for repayments on that now too. I just cannot continue with the contract we have with O2 (its an 18 mth contract with 14 months free with mobile shop.
Is there any way I can cancel the contract? I have no idea where to start and all my paperwork is under tonnes of stuff and I am just too sore to be moving about like that. I just want to get rid of mobile shop/O2 and be done with it. Its too much hassle when we already have so much going on.
Any advice?

There are no grounds for you to cancel your contracts.
On a brighter note, you do have grounds for starting legal action against MS as their failure to pay your cashback is a fundamental breach of your contract with them, (providing you have stuck to the conditions and properly made the claim).
