If you can summon up the energy to roll off the sofa, put down your pot noodle and make the effort to click on it, the following link will enlighten you.
http://www.bmpa.eu/companydata/ParkingEye.htmlPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It's not meant to be as simple as that, that's why the scumbag PPC's make it as hard as they can so people that can't be ar**d to do a little bit if research give in and pay up, or ignore and get dragged through court.0 -

Sounds like you can't be arsed with much in life.
Just ignore them....then when the CCJ comes through you can throw it on the pile with the others. It's only "baby" court after all. Then you can get back to watching Jeremy Kyle.0 -

A simple question, but a complex answer. Unless you intend paying the Dane you need to follow the advice given. Ignore and your credit rating could be ruined, bailiffs could call and take away your Brighthouse furniture. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
