parking eye chare. legal or ilegal not to pay?

not fussed about apealing or anything, just want to know is it illegal to just ignore the letter, and the next and id assume a few more.
i was under illusion that only have to pay if its a police or council parking ticket?

  • Unfortunately there's not a simple answer. The newbies thread at the top of this forum explains what you have to do.

    One note of warning to you - if to do choose to ignore, then it is very likely that Parking Eye will raise a court claim against you.

    Sorry...you need to read it and take action - or quite possibly end up sued by PE.

    Easiest ones are Morrisons, as they cancel them as soon as a customer complains to Morrisons HO.

  • our credit file is crap anyway, we are with stpe change, so does that make addifernce with regard payment to them such as a payment plan, tried phoning them, just a payment line, no people to speak to.
    going to baby court doenst bother me, as i have no assets anyway, and have been to big boy court so doesnt frieghten me, just cant be arsed with it
