Hi i've arranged a 5 year deal with Nationwide on my new house, looking to exchange tomorrow and complete on the 17th August.
Thing is if the rates go down today will i be able to go back to Nationwide and re-do my mortgage deal if they reduce the rates?

No.
The new products won't be out straight away and it would take weeks to reapply, have the new offer sent out etc etc. All for the sake of saving maybe £20 a month. Not worth it.0 -
You can change products and get a new offer in about a week without any need to reapply.I am a mortgage broker.
