Thank you for the especially tbps. Thanks.
From this I managed to track down the owners names, did a google search and got the name of a property management company, but they did not have a phone number, so did a search on google maps and went to street view and looked at the front of the business. At the same place is a Solicitors, and low and behold one of the solicitors names matches up with the name on the title deed......
I rang and left a message, thankfully someone rang back within 20 minutes. Was amazed that with your help we managed to get their details. They have not arranged any work to the area, so I told them that if I was them I would investigate immediately, chap was very apologetic and promised to update me when he has any information, let hope hes true to his word. Will update you all when I get more information.
Great detective work! I was already logged into the land reg at work so thought I would have a look for you, glad it was helpful. Good luck in finding the culprits!0 -

From that - it looks like the most equitable solution to this would be for that snippet of land to be divided between surrounding houses. The main part going to house at top - so they could square off their garden. The rest getting divided between the terrace houses to the right.
Maybe a joint approach to the land-owner (once identified) to put in a bid to buy that snippet of land proportionately between you?0 -
Wow that's great to have identified the owner and been in contact with them to sort it out. If they didn't know I bet they're glad you phoned!
Wonder what will happen regarding all your fences though. Hope it gets sorted quickly for you0 -
one thing - dont assume the solicitor is being totally honest with you about having no knowledge. in fact if their lips moved be wary
be on your toes

A lot has happened over the last couple of days.
I have been out and taken lots of pictures, and also found a picture on my phone taken last month showing my fence, really can't remember taking it or why but its lucky really.
When the third skip was delivered on Friday I thought I would try my luck ringing the skip company to see if they would give me the name of who is hiring them, but they wouldn't - but worth a try as they confirmed that the person has 2 companies and they weren't sure which one it was but would pass on my details and get them to ring me - well I'm still waiting for a phone call.
I'm still waiting for the owner to ring me back following my phone call to their office on Thursday.
It would appear that one of the owners of the other houses in my road had complained to the council about the state of the land putting off potential buyers, and the council instructed the land owner to clear the plot or they would and bill him! ( I will be ringing the council on Monday morning to confirm this - although not sure which department it would be!).
3 of us have been to the police reference Criminal Damage, The Police emailed me today with the investigating officers name, and that they will be in contact with me in the next couple of days.
we have been today and priced up getting fence replaced so have a clearer idea of what it will cost.
We are going to wait to speak to the investigating officer, before I contact the owner again, but am fully prepared to claim via small claims court if I have too.
Will update again when I have more detailsFibro-Warrior0 -
