CMS - Retroactive adjustment?

Hello there,
I have a dilemna.
When my ex raised the CMS case in November, she said it was to help her get a mortgage and then she would drop it. She never had a mortgage as the house sale fell through and it is obvious that she has no intention to ever drop the case.
Back in November, I was in Biz trip and to help out/speed things up, I agreed to the overall income amount with the CMS even if my pensions payments had not been taken into consideration/deducted.
Can I now go back and ask it to be taken into consideration and the amount adjusted or is there no retroactive adjustement?
Thanks,
J

You can ask for the amount to be reassessed.0
