    SUCCESS!!!
    Writing to BPA worked...

    Dear Ms xxx,

    BPA – 10136.

I have contacted Parking Eye regarding your complaint and they have advised the letter before claim letter you received was sent out in error.

In view of the above, Parking Eye have confirmed your parking charge notice has been cancelled. You will receive a formal cancellation letter from Parking Eye shortly.

As the appropriate corrective action has been taken, I have closed the investigation.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

I have contacted Parking Eye regarding your complaint and they have advised the letter before claim letter you received was part of their normal tactics, but now they've been found out they've said that it was sent out in error.

    Fixed that for you. ;):D

    Well done! :)

:T yes reading between the lines - they were caught out!
  • Hi

I have received a PCN from a IPC accredited company. The date of the alleged breach was 24 days before the issuing date of the letter (both dates are stated on my PCN). Does this still apply?

    Cheers

No point tagging onto a thread that has been completed. Start one of your own by pressing the 'new thread' button. Include all details of the incident, such as times and dates/name of ppc/ location etc.

    Good luck.

You need to go back to the parking forum first page, read the NEWBIES FAQS sticky thread, then start your own new thread. You will not see a 'new thread' button on a thread, of course, as this is lj_dean's thread.

And this is not a thread about an IPC operator so it is nothing like your situation.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
