Is the new ipod nano worth getting?
Depends if you think it's worth paying the extra for the video feature, personally I don't want to watch much on such a tiny screen and just want something to play music on. There are some reviews here though if you want other opinions: http://www.amazon.co.uk/New-Apple-iPod-nano-silver/dp/B000UVQA6C/"The happiest of people don't necessarily have the

I bought mine on Saturday morning in Argos. They have their £5 or £10 voucher offer again this weekend so I bought the ipod and another item to make it to £100 and got £10 voucher back.
I've had a 4gig silver ipod mini for several years. It's great but really short battery life. This one has 24 hour battery life and is a fraction of the size of my mini.0 -
I notice that as of 11th Sept iPod have launched a new set of "classic" iPods - 80 and 160gb.
The new 80gb is cheap cheap cheap at £159.00 on Amazon. Right now, they, and everybody else, are selling the earlier 80gb models at a higher price.
Surely, someone, somewhere will do a bargain sell-off of the earlier 80gb models... anyone fancy giving me/us a heads-up if they see this happening please...0 -

I had a look at the new ipod nano at the weekend. The screen is too small to be able to watch anything comfortably for me. It's fine for a short video, but not for more than five minutes. The ipod classic's screen is not much bigger in size, but this really makes a difference.0

Homealone,
Just bought a 80GB Classic from Wallmart in Florida, price was USD 265 approx inc Florida Sales Tax, which equals about GBP 135, they also had new generation Ipod Nanos at cheaper prices. All prices are shown on their home Website: www.walmart.com.
Definately much cheaper in the States than here so grab a bargain!!!0 -
