BT Broadband (fibre) then moving house before 12 months contract expires

I am thinking of getting BT fibre broadband where I live currently. I'll be moving soon to another place where I know fibre is also available but a new phone line will have to be installed at the house.
Do BT charge for house moves and installing new lines? I have asked a couple of times on chat and I was assured the house move would be free. But I wanted to get the opinions from anyone who has done this
