Shopping in London ???

There aren't many big shopping malls inside London itself. One of the biggest malls is Brent Cross which is really a train ride away from Central London.
You'll be better off taking a train to Lakeside or Bluewater if you want a big mall. Both are easy to get to from Central London.

The train station at Lakeside is connected by a long pedestrian bridge to the shopping centre. At Bluewater you alight at Greenhithe and there are the blue buses that take you too and from the centre. Both are relatively hassle free. Bluewater will take longer to walk around and has more coffee shops and restaurants for rests and recuperation. The man without a signature.0 -
If you want to go shopping in london stay in london itself. any malls, ie bluewater/brent cross/croydon, really are going out of london. Oxford St/regent street, covent garden & knightsbridge have all of the high street stores and some independent ones that are great too. and the department stores are great too, selfridges/harvey niks/libertys/harrods as well as the normal ones debenhams/house of fraser & john lewis are all great.
The closest mall, i would say, is Whiteleys in bayswater by hyde park0 -
Why would anyone in their right mind go to Whiteleys in bayswater when you have Oxford Street within walking distance?
Oxford Street and Covent Garden for definite.
Second choice Bluewater or Lakeside they ve got it all.0
