LCS Debt Recovery - First Utility

I received a letter today addressed to the legal owner, and it is asking for £37.57 for an outstanding bill with First Utility. For services since 15th sept 2015 (which is when we moved in).
The thing is, I paid this bill a long time ago. I just checked my bank statement and I can see it was paid to FirstUtility on 7th Dec 2015. We switched to EON pretty much straight away so this was the only bill from them.

You need to contact FU and get them to call off their 'bloodhounds' and, importantly confirm, in writing, that any black mark on your credit record has been removed.0
