New BT customer

I am shortly moving to a new build house and I would like to get BT infinity broadband. As there is obviously no phoneline installed yet the online availability tracker says Infinity is not available yet it is as neighbours can get it. I spoke to BT and they said I would have to get a phoneline installed first so they can do a speedcheck and then I could sign up for an infinity package. This would mean I am not able to access any of the best deals such as the current Uswitch one, although they said I could get whatever deal they are offering for new customers at the time which at the moment is more expensive.
Can anyone see a way around this? I thought it stupid that I have to either pay for a phoneline to be installed or sign up to standard broadband then upgrade when they know Infinity will be available.

The line rental price will remain the same for any deal .0

There was no way around this for me when I moved into my new build at the end of last year. I had to order standard broadband to take advantage of the Top Cashback deal at the time (I don't think there was much of a difference in the cashback offer between FTTC and ADSL).
The day after the phone line was installed I was able to run an availability check on my telephone number and FTTC was available so I called BT and explained the situation and they gave me a discount on the upgrade to FTTC. It wasn't as good as their new customer offer but it was better than nothing.0
