Third Party Debt Order

Has anyone any experience in filling out form N349 (Third Party Debt Order)

What was your experience?

I'm contemplating using it to try to get back some money from a dodgy builder (see other post in forum) but I'm unsure where to send it or how to pay for it. (there's very little helpful advice online)

I have no experience of using a Third Party Debt Order.

However there does seem to be online help here:

Yes I've got the forms and guide but it still isn't much help. Plus i was hoping to hear from someone that had been through the process.

Fair enough - though the forms do appear to say what and how to pay and where the form and payment must be sent.

It says send to court but which court. I started the process online.

What do I do with the form?
From the 6th April 2016 you should send the completed form and the fee to the Centralised
Unit at the address below;
County Court Money Claims Centre
(CCMCC)
PO Box 527
Salford
M5 OBY

This address is to send the N379 Charging Order form, not the N349 Third Party Debt Order.
Does anyone know where to send the form for a Third Party Debt Order?
