Third Party Debt Order

Hi !
So I send the n39 form order to attend court for questioning to the debtor, the judge sent me back the appointment for him to attend the court, with 4 copies of the form N39.
I understand that know i need to give this to the Debtor in Hand but i don't want to meet him.
How can I send an Officer officially ??? and what I need to do next ?
Please help me.

You have to serve it personally? If you really don't want to serve it personally, you could pay a process server to serve him, there will be a fee for this.

Alternatively I suppose you could put it through his letterbox if you are sure he'll get it. That wouldn't technically be compliant but it may not matter if you are sure he'll receive it.

Can OP not mail it via a Post Office, getting a free certificate of posting? (If sent 1st class it is deemed "served" (delivered) 2 working days later ... Interpretations Act 1978).

Even - send it twice, from two different POs. The chances of both going stray are minimal.

Thanks for your help , finally I decided to served it personaly andwent to his house.
He take it.
Now I am going to fill the Affidavit and sent it no less than 14 days before the date of the appointement .
Will let you know what happend next...

Unless you used a certified service for serving the documents, how are you going to prove they were served?

Now I need to fill an Affidavit (ex550 form) to prove this, by this document I will prove to the judge that the document was served HAND to HAND, I need to put the date, time and delete appropriate sentences in the form.
I have not fill it completely yet and trying to do it and send it tomorrow.

(If someone can help me , most welcome :-) )
