Letter from scs law unsure of what to do next

Loads of cases with multiple PCNs like yours, and there is no point just paying over a grand. You may as well defend which in this case, as it is not yet at court, should involve showing the Store Manager(s) any purchases you made or were planning to make and NOT saying the car was there for any other reason. Try to get him/her to cancel them for you but you are going to have to beg in 'customer mode' although you can say 'we' when talking about parking and purchasing things (you don't have to say who the driver was, but DO NOT LIE).
I am concerned you think you are the only person in this position, so here you go, two quick Google search terms for you:
scs ukpc claim site:forums.pepipoo.com
scs ukpc claim site:forums.moneysavingexpert.com
One by one, put those two phrases into a search engine. ONLY READ the 2016 results, not older ones, they will mislead you about your defence argument as things changed with the ParkingEye v Beavis case, at the end of last year.
Then move on to reading about successfully defended cases, SINCE the PE v Beavis decision, for example:
http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2016/05/bargepole-spanks-ukpc-in-court-no.html
Oh, and Anthony94 has just told us he won v UKPC in a hearing about multiple PCNs only this week:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5407858
And he did that from scratch, just with forum help.
Trouble is, because this is about an overstay in a retail park in your case, UKPC will find it easier to paint a picture of similarity with the Beavis case, so read the Supreme Court decision (Google it). You need to understand it and compare the signage for clarity. UKPC hide the £100 in small print so presumably the driver had no idea they were 'agreeing to a contract' to pay £100 every day.
UKPC will NOT accept a lower offer so do not rush to try to offer/make excuses and drop yourself in it. However, you do need to respond to the LBC but you will find loads of examples on pepipoo and here, from the two Google searches I suggested (sometimes Google is easier than a 'forum search' for very common search terms, and finds threads quicker).
I would also recommend you now delete some of your posts which talk about the reason the car was parked there, because it doesn't assist your position at all and this forum could be read by anyone. Edit other posts, nothing should show here about who was driving and/or the reason you keep saying why the car was parked there (a half-baked 'let's lose in court' reason and in fact, the sort of thing that causes a PPC to be employed in the first place).
Which reminds me, don't reply to any poster offering to 'help' by private message on here. Invariably that would be a poster with a vested interest and not a regular (less than 1000 posts tells you they are not a regular, so ignore any such pm and tell us about it here).PRIVATE 'PCN'? I'm just going to have to pay it, would I be right in sendig this to ukpc? As a response to the scs letter or do I send it to scs
10/07/16
Dear Sirs
I am writing in response to a letter I have received from Scs law regarding pcn charges on the vehicle xxxxxxx
I challenge these pcn's as keeper of the car and I will complain to the landowner about the matter if it is not cancelled.!
I believe that your signs fail the test of 'large lettering' and prominence.!Your unremarkable and obscure signs were not seen by the driver, are in very small print and the terms are not readable to drivers before they park.
Further, I understand you do not own the car park and you have given me no information about your policy with the landowner or on site businesses, to cancel such a charge. So please supply that policy as required under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. I believe the driver may well be eligible for cancellation and you have omitted clear information about the process for complaints including a geographical address of the landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. You must either rely on the POFA 2012 and offer me a POPLA code, or cancel the charge.
I have kept proof of submission of this appeal and look forward to your reply.
Yours faithfully,0 -

I'm just going to have to pay it,would I be right in sending this to ukpc? As a response to the scs letter or do I send it to scs
Have you even read the examples I showed you? I told you to do two (MAJOR, DETAILED RESULTS) Google searches which would give you the sort of wording to reply to SCS. You cannot possibly have read all the 2016 results already, if you have just decided to pay and/or send an appeal (too late).
That's why I gave you the Google Searches to find the RIGHT sort of threads to read. I didn't expect you to read just one or two threads and stop and decide you have to pay or appeal, which is not the stage you are at. Sit down and read dozens of threads - you need to find out how to respond properly and robustly to this letter. Hundreds of people have been in your shoes and handled that letter.
Anyone who pays, joins and supports the entire scam and funds the next PCNs. Do you want to be part of that?
Try the Halfords Manager first, but go in ONLY once you have dug out receipts or bank statements showing regular patronage of their shop. Obviously take the PCNs as well, or a list of PCN numbers...do NOT take the SCS letter with you. Halfords might think it is at Court stage (which it isn't yet).PRIVATE 'PCN'? Only other defence I have which could be a good one is in the pictures of the car entering the car park, it's pitch black and none of the signs were lit or clear.
I've Google what you said coupon mad but all of the wording has confused me is there anyway way we could do a live chat or on fb or WhatsApp. I'd happily pay for Your assistance in this0 -
Sorry no, we do this on the forum and do not charge. You only need to read some examples of how to respond. Anthony94 managed to defend his case and he was just a newbies too when he came here; read his thread and send him a pm if you like.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've sent Anthony a pm thank you, gonna try the manager tomorrow see where I get, another thing I should add is is it actually a letter before claim as it doesn't actually state it it just says" should be considered "and it also says to avoid these steps please contact UK parking control directly to clear your balance. Where do I stand at the minute0
