Buying dollars before November holiday?

Hi,
I am off to Nepal in November and have just bought £600 in dollars at 1.27 to the pound. I really dont want to carry more than that in cash but would like to buy dollars now as the rates are probably going much lower. Has anyone any ideas on how I can buy now but not in cash. Nepal is not so easy to use travellers cheques.
Any ideas please?
Thanks
Mat

If you really want to gamble on exchange rate movements you can use Revolut if you have a smartphone. But cash withdrawals over $700 per calendar month have a 2% charge, and the MasterCard is only accepted in the more upmarket hotels and restaurants in Nepal.Evolution, not revolution0
